Parking enforcement

Enforcement of speed limits and parking has to be a priority. Ensuring lanes are kept clear at all times, otherwise it becomes a pointless exercise. 

You need to stop cars parking on Southgate Street pavements between Spa Road and the Tall Ship in the same way as on London Road as it is dangerous to walk along the pavement there. 

Our response...

We are working towards a solution to reduce illegal parking by identifying ways of installing some physical features to discourage motorists from using the cycle lane for parking.
