Southgate Street - Kimbrose Triangle to The Tall Ship pub

The scheme is designed to create a safer and more accessible environment for pedestrians and cyclists upgrading the link between Glos Quays and the city centre. 

Key features of the project include:

• Pedestrian and Cyclist Enhancements: Upgrades will be made to ensure segregated and safer cycleway. Footway surface will be improved.
• Formalised Crossing Point at Kimbrose Triangle: An improved crossing point will be introduced to facilitate safer pedestrian movement.

In the future, improvements will extend along Southgate Street to St Ann Way. This phase will require a Traffic Regulation Order consultation, with further details to be provided prior to the consultation.
