The proposed improvements to Arle Court Park and Ride (now known as Arle Court Transport Hub), in Cheltenham include;
- A new Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP);
- Increase the capacity and improve facilities for bicycle/scooter parking, with the opportunity for bicycle/scooter hire services;
- Improve connections to the existing walking and cycling network;
- An increase in the number of local bus services and the opportunity for long distance coach travel; and
- Improve passenger journey experience by providing new facilities on site such as a covered waiting area, commercial unit, toilets and information board.
The proposals are part of the concept design for Arle Court Transport Hub however, the details of the scheme are subject to change over the coming months as the design is finalised.
