How will you avoid creating excessive noise and air pollution during construction?
As the Arle Court site sits within a Noise Important Area (NIA), Gloucestershire County Council would set out requirements for methods of working in the construction tender process to minimise the impacts of noise/pollution etc. during the construction period.
Will the public still be allowed to use the existing parking facilities during construction?
Yes, the parking facilities at Arle Court would remain operational during construction, however there is likely to be fewer parking spaces available.
Will construction take place overnight?
At present, we do not foresee the need for any construction to take place overnight, with the exception of emergency works that cannot be undertaken during daylight hours.
What will be the site’s operational hours be if completed?
We are currently investigating the feasibility of making certain parking and pick-up and drop-off facilities available 24/7.
