Who is funding the scheme?

Gloucestershire County Council submitted a bid in March 2019 to Homes England’s Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) for funding for the scheme. In March 2020 the council was informed that this bid had been successful.

What is the cost of the scheme?

The initial estimated cost of the scheme was £20m at the time of submitting a bid to Homes England. The estimated cost and approved budget for the scheme is now in excess of £30m.
