As Gloucestershire County Council own the site, no land or property acquisition will be required to complete the scheme. Two properties adjacent to Arle Court Transport Hub were previously purchased by Gloucestershire County Council as part of the separate West Cheltenham Transport Improvement Scheme (WCTIS).
