Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) enquiries
Please note that any challenges or representations for an issued penalty charge notice cannot be considered by telephone and you may be asked to follow the follow the instructions on the reverse of the ticket or letter that you have received.
Please also note that any payments cannot be taken using the above telephone line. If you wish to make a payment call 0333 121 0225. This is an automated payment line so please have you PCN reference number and payment card details ready.
If you have lost your penalty charge number, please contact the parking team by emailing the parking@gloucestershire.gov.uk. Please provide your vehicle registration number, the date and time and the location where the ticket was issued.
