Request a refund for a pay and display stay
To request a refund for a pay and display stay, please email parking@gloucestershire.gov.uk.
Please note a refund can only be issued after purchasing a pay and display ticket at the following locations:
- On-street parking location;
- St Georges Road car park (Gloucestershire County Council Section);
- Quayside car park
Please note that only the above parking locations are currently managed by Gloucestershire County Council. If your refund request relates to an off-street car park listed above, please refer to the relevant local district council:
- Car parks and parking in the Cheltenham area
- Car parks and parking in the Cotswold area
- Car parks and parking in the Forest of Dean area
- Car parks and parking in Gloucester
- Car parks and parking in the Stroud area
- Car parks and parking in the Tewkesbury area
If your refund request does not relate to a car park managed by Gloucestershire County Council or a District council, then your enquiry may relate to a private car park operator, who would need to be contacted directly.
