Request a cashless parking refund?
If you have used our digital cashless parking system to pay for parking at an incorrect location or you have overpaid, we are, unfortunately, unable to offer a refund. If you have paid for parking at the wrong location please call MiPermit on 0333 123 5900 and ask them to make a correction to your parking stay.
Alternatively, if you have overpaid and you can provide details of the time, location and amount paid, the Council may be able to consider offering a free parking stay.
