Bourton on the Water update

You may have read in the media that unfortunately the trial for the proposals in Bourton-on-the-Water  have been delayed due to infrastructure issues. Gloucestershire County Council are investigating options to resolve the issue to allow the trial for coaches to start as soon as possible. Again, when we receive further information, we will ensure that you are updated.

Mini buses continue to be welcome to park in Station Road Car Park in the village. 

The local visitor economy partnership encourages coaches to visit larger attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Westonbirt Arboretum or Sudeley Castle (to name just a few) that have the infrastructure including toilets and catering facilities for large groups.

Longer term the new transport hub at Arle Court will provide coach parking allowing easy access for dropping visitors in Gloucester or Cheltenham as well as the new designer outlet centre near Tewkesbury.
