What can I do if an enforcement agent or bailiff contacts me?
Please note, if you do not make the payment for a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), we will register the Penalty Charge as a debt, and pass the debt onto our debt collection agents.
If you have been contacted by an enforcement agent in relation to a parking fine it is now too late for us to intervene.
Please contact the Enforcement Agent directly using the contact details on the correspondence that you would have received. Alternatively, please contact the Traffic Enforcement Centre by calling 0300 123 1059, if you wish to make an out of time witness statement.
