I've lost my PCN - how do I pay?

If you have lost your penalty charge number and want to make payment, please contact the parking team by emailing the parking@gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Please provide the following details:

• your vehicle registration number; and
• the date and time and the location where the ticket was issued.
