To facilitate the improvements to the pedestrian and cycle facilities along the B4063 between Gloucester and Cheltenham,  Gloucestershire County Council is implementing a No Entry restriction on the junction of Cheltenham Road East/Pirton Lane to provide a new off-carriageway bus stop to replace the current one positioned on the main carriageway outside the Esso garage.

This will enable the free flow of traffic as well as maintain a safe place for the public to wait for the bus.
