We want to help everyone in Gloucestershire keep moving while reducing our carbon footprint. Whether you need a quick recharge during a journey or are using the park & ride and want a bit of a top-up while you shop, our chargers are available for you.

Charger Types

100 untethered fast chargers (7 kW)
These are located in the multi-storey car park. No booking is required. They can be used during the multi-storey car park’s opening hours.

4 tethered superfast chargers (75 kW)
These are located in the outdoor west car park. Users are permitted up to 40 minutes free parking whilst using these chargers. They are available 24/7.


Using our chargers

  • Download the ConnectedKerb app on your phone. A helpful video guide is available here:
    User Guide for the Connected Kerb App
  • Scan the QR code on the charging point, or enter the ID manually
  • Select Start charging.

You will need your own Type-2 connector cable to use our 7kW fast chargers.


Cost

Our charges are:

  • For our 100 multi-storey fast chargers - £0.53 per kWh. Between the 9th March and 10th May 2026 this will be reduced to £0.42 per kWh
  • For our 4 outdoor west car park super-fast chargers - £0.75 per kWh
