To work in care, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have previous experience, if you’re passionate about helping others, you’re the perfect candidate. There are a lot of different roles available, depending on where you’d like to work or what you want to do, and we can help you find the right fit, whether that is with us or working somewhere else.

You will need to have an up-to-date CV and personal statement which highlights your transferable skills, knowledge and relevant qualifications that would be suited to caring for others.

Should you not hold the relevant qualification, to work with us, you will need to have a willingness to undertake a Level 2 in Care and / or Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), as per the role’s requirements.
