We work with a really diverse range ofĀ adults, theirĀ familiesĀ and carers; including older people, people with physical disabilities and individuals with a range of complex needs. Our goal is to really listen to the individuals that we work with andĀ to connect them to resources that help them continue with their chosen life, either with support or independently.
We are a hard working and passionate team that promote professional curiosity and quality in the work that we do.
Stroud has some of our most retained workforce and our team is therefore experienced and well connected to our local community.
We regularly conduct CPD activities and we also focus on personal well-being, including optional team-led mindfulness sessions on a Wednesday lunch time.
