Introduction to the ASC customer service team
We can only achieve our aims by having a fantastic team who fill a wide range of roles, such as corporate customer service officers who meet and greet those who come to visit Shire Hall and Barbican Receptions, to a real time analyst who helps us understand demand.
We offer great opportunities for growth and development through an internal coaching programme, attendance, representation at some of our networks such as the Employee Voice Groups, regular team meetings and our annual national customer service week.
