What do the customer service team do?
We respond to customer questions in-person at reception and also by phone, email, digital and self-serve options. We are responsible for a diverse range of services on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council. These include:
- The Adult Social Care helpdesk
- Your Circle Directory
- Blue Badge Service
- Shire Hall and Barbican Reception
- Corporate switchboard
We do our part to provide excellent customer service to the people of Gloucestershire by:
- Responding quickly
- Directing or signposting you to the appropriate services within the council
- Putting our customers first
