What do the customer service team do?

We respond to customer questions in-person at reception and also by phone, email, digital and self-serve options. We are responsible for a diverse range of services on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council. These include:

  • The Adult Social Care helpdesk
  • Your Circle Directory
  • Blue Badge Service
  • Shire Hall and Barbican Reception
  • Corporate switchboard

We do our part to provide excellent customer service to the people of Gloucestershire by:

  1. Responding quickly
  2. Directing or signposting you to the appropriate services within the council
  3. Putting our customers first
