Social Care Lead (Grade 9)

As a Social Care Lead you will be working within an Adult Social Care locality, hospital or Learning Disabilities team, working under the direction of the Deputy Social Care Manager.

The Social Care Lead will manage supervision for  unqualified staff and undertake a range of fieldwork support duties. You will be responsible for supporting your team to deliver quality practice for people in Gloucestershire, including monitoring training and development, completing performance appraisals and offering daily guidance.
