Newly Qualified Social Worker - NQSW (Grade 8 SCP 26-27)
As a Newly Qualified Social Worker (NQSW) in our teams, you will be following your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
The ASYE is a national framework and has been designed to create consistency to help NQSW develop skills, knowledge, and capability alongside strengthening confidence.
The ASYE is an induction year supporting NQSW's to establish themselves on the first step of their professional career. We recruit to NQSW's roles annually in March and we use the Professional capabilities framework (PCF) for pre-qualifying and ASYE Social Workers as our recruitment tool.
