Experienced Social Worker (Grade 8 SCP 28-30)
As an Experienced Social Worker (post-NQSW), you will deliver effective practice, exercising high quality judgement in situations of increasing complexity, risk, uncertainty and challenge, acting with confidence and considerable autonomy whilst accessing and using support and advice.
You will integrate your professional knowledge, the views of people using services and research/evaluation evidence in your practice. We will also look to you as a source of reliable knowledge and advice for peers in teams.
You will apply and promote the Code of Ethics, regulatory and policy standards for practice, and continue to pursue continuing professional development and to deepen capability in all domains of the professional capabilities framework.
