How to pay your Registration Service Statutory Fees
Fees for the consideration of a correction application or foreign divorce documentation
Our fees are statutory fees and may be reviewed at anytime by the Registrar General.
Fees for the consideration of an application to correct a Birth, Death, Marriage/Civil Partnership entry or the submission of Foreign Divorce documents depend on the type of service requested.
We will advise you of the fee payable on application. If you wish to proceed, an email will be sent to you in reply to your original enquiry with instructions for payment.
Making a Payment
We are now taking online payments for all non refundable statutory fees. Follow the instructions to make your payment and you will receive a notification once the payment has been successful.
When entering the payment details please make sure to select " Registration Service - Statutory Fees" from the drop down menu.
Please refer to your email for the reference and amount to be paid.
