The Blue Badge Scheme helps eligible people with a disability or a health condition to park closer to where they want to go. A Blue Badge is a parking badge that entitles badge holders to park in restricted areas when the badge is displayed in the front windscreen of the car they are travelling in, either as a driver or a passenger. Blue Badge delivery delays: Postal delays are affecting the delivery of Blue Badges. Most Blue Badges are delivered within 7 – 10 working days after we confirm your eligibility, but please allow up to 21 working days for your badge to arrive.
