Concessionary Fares Bus Passes
Gloucestershire residents of pensionable age or who are disabled and/or cannot drive for medical reasons are entitled to free off-peak travel on local buses anywhere in England. Please see the council’s website for more information about Concessionary Bus Passes.
Disabled persons railcard
The disabled persons railcard allows eligible people to pay a small annual amount to receive discounted rail fares. There is more information is available on the disabled person’s railcard website.
Just can't wait card
The just can't wait card is a service provided by The Bladder and Bowel Community. It is designed for use when you need to urgently use a toilet so that you can communicate this discretely. There is more information on The Bladder and Bowel Community website.
Radar key scheme
Radar keys can be used to access most locked accessible toilets across the country. You can see the countrywide list of toilets fitted with the RADAR National Key Scheme lock on the Changing Places website. You can order a Radar Key on the radar keys website.

Your Circle is run by Gloucestershire County Council, with support from statutory, health, social care and community sector partners across the county.

There is information about local and national support for carers on the council’s website. This has information about services commissioned by the council to support adult and young carers. Support for adult carers is provided through the Gloucestershire Carers Hub. Support for young carers is provided by Gloucestershire Young Carers.
