Our new Supported Accommodation service will be opening soon
Southfield House
We want to make sure that children and young people in care, and our care leavers, can grow up within the county, remain at their local school, attend local colleges and access training and employment opportunities in the county That’s why we are opening a suite of brand new children’s homes and Southfield House to provide supported accommodation as an important step for young people on their road to independence.
Southfield House will provide a home for up to 19 young people between the ages of 16 and 25 years, with a skilled support team on-site and available to young people
We will soon be recruiting for a range of essential support staff roles. These will include:
- Deputy Manager
- Senior Support Worker
- Support Workers
These roles are vital in shaping a high‑quality, trauma‑informed service that puts young people and care leavers at the centre of every decision.
