The Early Help Triage Team undertake enquires on referrals received into the front door and carry out MASH research for Early Help.

The Early Help Triage Team is based at Shire Hall, Gloucester.

Who we are

The team consists of a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, Early Help Triage Workers and a MASH researcher for Early Help.

Skills you'll need

We work at a fast pace, know levels of intervention, understand family needs, able to make decisions, analyse information, good communication with children, families and professionals. We also work with the multi-agency environment.
