My request hasn't been responded to, what do I do?

We make every effort to respond to all requests on time, however this is not always possible and there are occasions when the deadline for a request will be missed. Our Officers will endeavour to notify requesters of any updates, potential delays or if a deadline will be missed. If we have told you of a new deadline for responding, so that we can focus on responding to your request, you will not hear from us again unless it is with the response or letting you know there is a further delay.

If you haven’t heard from us to let you know this is the case, make sure you have sent your request to managemyrequests@gloucestershire.gov.uk. If you have already done this and still haven’t heard about a delay, please check progress with the team by contact us via FOI@gloucestershire.gov.uk or by calling our team on 01452 324000 and one of our Assistants will put you in touch with the Officer assigned to your request.
