Will my request be refused?

The Act does not limit the number of requests you can make, providing each request is different. We can combine related requests received within a 60 working day period when deciding if the 18 hour appropriate limit has been exceeded, triggering the s.12 Fees Limit exemption. However, we do have the right to refuse vexatious or repeated requests, for example, repeated requests from the same person for the same information or requests that are intended to disrupt our work.
