12What happens if I'm not happy with my response?
No. As required by Data Protection legislation there is no charge for access to personal information, unless the Council deems that the request is 'manifestly unfounded' (e.g., malicious or disruptive) or 'excessive', in which case we are allowed to charge a reasonable fee.
