I have submitted my disclosure request, what happens next?

Your request will be reviewed to ensure there is a lawful basis for us to process the request. Once this has been confirmed we will send an acknowledgement email as confirmation we will process your request; we will then proceed with retrieving any appropriate information held.

When the information has been collated you will receive an email providing you with read only access to the information. This link will be available for two weeks. You will need to identify which pieces of information are required for your lawful basis. Once these have been identified and you have informed us, we will provide you with a copy of the information via secure email. Usually, we can release copies of information on the same day as viewing but in the event of larger cases this may not be possible.
