How do I submit my request?

You can make your request either verbally (in person or by phone), or in writing.

Once you have all the details required and your proof of identity  to hand, you can complete our online form to make your request.

Documents can be uploaded when completing the online form, emailed to managemyrequests@gloucestershire.gov.uk, or brought into Shire Hall in person.

Requests that are submitted through methods that require us to open links to portals or websites acting as intermediaries for your request will not be acknowledged or responded to.
