How long will it take to get my response?

Once we have everything we need,  we must provide you with a response within 1 calendar month.

We aim to respond as soon as possible but, in some circumstances, we may need to extend the response time. If it looks likely that there will be a delay, we will keep you informed.

Please do not chase progress until your deadline has been reached or you have not received an acknowledgement; in most cases we are unable to respond to progress checks.
