When will I get a response?

You can expect a response within 20 working days. If your request is received outside of normal working hours (i.e., evenings and weekends) it will be treated as having been received the next working day.

On occasion we may need to extend the time limit. Where this happens, before the end of the 20 working day deadline, we will tell you why we are extending the time limit and the revised target date for your response
