Gloucestershire County Council and its partner organisations operate CCTV and surveillance camera systems to assist with public safety, security, the enforcement of legislation, and the protection of property.
We will retain your personal information in line with the retention period for each system or as long as we are legally required to.
There may be reasons for us to keep your information for longer than is stated. For example, where information is requested for legal, civil, or criminal investigations and proceedings.
