Stage 3: implementation and self-assessments

The council’s systems will be reviewed in line with the SCC’s Self-Assessment Toolkit (SAT) to assist with the functioning, management, and operation of each system and assess whether they are compliant with the principles set out in the code of practice. 

SATs will also be used to identify and document whether the council’s purposes or objectives are being met and if there any significant changes.
