Notice of vacancy is hereby given in accordance with Section 87 (2) of the Local Government Act, 1972, due to the resignation of County Councillor David Willingham on 25 March 2026, a casual vacancy has occurred in the office of County Councillor for the Electoral Division of St Mark’s and St Peter’s, Gloucestershire County Council, and any two Local Government Electors for the Electoral Division may give notice in writing to me requesting an election to fill the said vacancy.
