S2 P4 Para 20 Self Incrimination

Schedule 2, Part 4, Para 20 - Self-incrimination. Personal data is exempt if it would reveal evidence that you have committed an offence. To the extent that complying with these provisions would expose you to proceedings for the offence.

This exemption does not apply to an offence under the DPA 2018 or an offence regarding false statements made otherwise than on oath.
