Partner Organisations and Contractors

Sometimes the council will appoint or engage with a contractor, partner organisation or agent to collect, hold, process and otherwise deal with special category data on our behalf.

In these instances, the lead officer for that service must ensure that appropriate contractual clauses for security and data protection requirements are in place.
