Blue Badge Case Management Replacement

GCC’s Blue Badge case management system is soon to be replaced to a more supportive and modern offer.

 

Currently, GCC still use ’ERIC’ to process Blue Badge applications, the new provider, NEC, will positively impact the Blue Badge process and help the department to be more effective. 

 

During 3.10.23 – 15.10.23 the current system will freeze and data from it will be transferred into the new database.  

 

The Blue Badge service will remain in operation during this transitional period; however, there may be some delays in processing applications while we are in between systems.

 

If you receive increased contact from your constituents during this period you can refer them to the website for more information on the changes; we are also contactable in the normal ways.
