Councillor Build Back Better Youth Scheme

It has been brought to the attention of our officers that the website could be clearer on the information relating to the dates of the different grant funds. We are looking at changing this on the website but due to migration work there are some freezes in effect which may delay this change.

Build Back Better - Youth Fund: is a current grant and part of the wider Build Back Better Councillor Grant Scheme. As with Build Back Better, the youth fund is open to community groups, charities, and youth projects across Gloucestershire. £159,000 is available to be spent on projects to support young people within Gloucestershire.

The dates for each scheme are as follows:

Build Back Better – Youth Fund: This is a one-year grant which will run from April 2023 until March 2024.

Build Back Better Councillor Grant Scheme: The fund will be a rolling programme over a 4-year period of 2021-2025. Applications will be accepted from 30th July 2021 until 31st January 2025.
