Gloucestershire councils have launched our latest campaign on food waste that will run through to July. https://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/gloucestershire-county-council-news/news-february-2024/recycle-your-food-waste-to-save-money-and-cut-carbon/

The campaign simply asks residents to reduce their food waste as much as possible and recycle the rest!

The campaign will include:

  • Free low waste cookery classes for residents https://www.gloucestershirerecycles.com/reduce/food/low-waste-cooking-classes/ (More coming soon)
  • A video explaining the food waste recycling process (Launch March / April)
  • A booklet about food waste that will be sent to all households (Launch April)
  • Public engagement with a temporary staff team to talk to residents about food waste recycling (launch May)

Please help the campaign by:
