Free flu vaccines are available to Elected Members who are not already eligible through the NHS
If you are an Elected Member who is not eligible for an NHS flu vaccination, you can get a free vaccination through work.
Firstly, complete a consent form and take it with you. The form can be found here.
There are several convenient ways to get your vaccine:

Participating pharmacies
Show your work photo ID badge at one of the approved pharmacies in Gloucestershire. You won’t need to pay anything. It is advisable to contact your chosen pharmacy to check that a vaccine is available before attending.

Drop-in clinic at Quayside House
A drop-in session will be held at Badham Pharmacy, Quayside House.

Date: Tuesday 4 November, 9am to 5.45pm (the pharmacy will be closed for lunch from 12.30pm to 1.30pm).

Visit any pharmacy nationwide
Visit any pharmacy in the country that’s convenient and claim back up to £15 with a receipt through expenses.

NHS eligibility
If you are available for an NHS flu vaccine you can arrange your vaccine via your NHS App. Eligible individuals can also book their NHS flu vaccine via the NHS website: Book, change or cancel a free NHS flu vaccination at a pharmacy - NHS.
