Important Information for Members - Related Party Transactions
It is a requirement of producing our annual Statement of Accounts that we disclose what are called 'related party transactions'. This applies to all key management personnel, including all members/senior officers, and the attached note explains what is required.
I would be grateful if you would ensure that your declaration for the 2023/24 accounts is returned to me by 26th April 2024 Returns can be made electronically to e-mail address FinAccounting@gloucestershire.gov.uk Please follow the automated email link at the bottom of the form.
Returns are required from all members and senior officers, even if they are ‘nil’ declarations. Verbal declarations are not permittable for audit purposes.
