iPad and email issues

IPad and email issues - 27 January 2023

We are aware of issues affecting Outlook on iPad's. We are working to resolve these issues and will update you when available. Please contact Critical User Service on 01452 425252 if you are unable to sign in to Exchange on the device.

Some GCC staff are also experiencing intermittent email issues sending and receiving emails internally. We have not had any reports that external emails are affected. If your email to another member of staff is urgent, please follow up with Teams message or a telephone call. Please also cascade this message to your colleagues who may not receive it.

These issues are being investigated at the highest priority and GCC ICT are continuing to monitor.
