LGA Peer Challenge Review - 15th and 16th January 2025
The Local Government Association (LGA) Peer Challenge Team will be returning for a review visit next week on 15th and 16th January 2025. You may remember the team of 6 senior officers and councillors from other local authorities came for a week in November 2023, and gave us some helpful feedback and challenge (link to report here) on how we were doing as an organisation and where we might look to improve. An action plan (link here) was agreed by Cabinet in March 2024, and has been progressing well. The peer team are returning for a scheduled visit to review progress one year on and will be meeting senior leaders, managers, frontline staff and partners.
