Managing Pressure & Building Adaptive Resilience in an Ever-Changing World
Published
Adaptive Resilience is about teaching our nervous system to understand the systemic inputs of external threats.
How can we develop this in our lives now? How can we resource ourselves well to manage pressure and the specific pressure that comes from your role as a Councillor and all the other roles you might be juggling simultaneously?
We are holding a Member Development session on the 21st November from 10-12pm to give members practical training on adaptive resilience, the session will include:
- Reframed and refreshed thinking/perspectives.
- Practical Tools.
- Opportunity to explore your specific situations/stressors.
- Tips to access and leverage our own innate resources to become more adaptive.
If you would like to attend the session on the 21st November, please contact rosie.kenyon@gloucestershire.gov.uk
