Member Development Session - Member Code of Conduct

Dear Member,

As part of the ongoing Member Development Programme, we will be running a training session on the Member Code of Conduct on Tuesday 30 April 2024, 2-4pm.

The session will be delivered by Rob Ayliffe and will be held via Teams.

The session will cover the following:

• The role of officers in supporting members of the council
• The importance of maintaining good relationships between members and officers of the council – and the responsibilities of both with regards to the other
• An opportunity to explore the issues that can sometimes arise when things go wrong, and how to manage them
