New SAP Concur Guidance Page

There is now a SAP Concur guidance page on the Documents and Resources section of the Members Matter page: SAP Concur | Gloucestershire County Council 

This page contains guidance on how to use SAP Concur which includes videos running through the different processes (these show how to use the system on a laptop, you may notice differences in appearance if using a tablet or mobile device but the overall process will be the same).

In addition there are one page quick reference guides covering different SAP Concur processes, these can be printed but the documents on the webpage will always contain the most up to date versions if there is a change in process (each document has a version number that will be updated each time a change is made to it).
