Report highways issues with Fix My Street

In 2023 we launched Fix My Street, a quick and easy way to report a wide range of issues, from pavements and potholes to street lights and blocked drains.

 During the first year more than 35,000 reports were submitted.

As well as being user friendly, the new system brings benefits to the public by enabling the council to process queries more quickly and get on with the repairs.

We continue to add new features to Fix My Street. For example, in 2024 we added new categories for reporting problems with roadworks by utility companies.

To use Fix My Street: 

• Visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/fixmystreet on your computer, laptop, tablet or phone. 

• Download the app: FixMyStreet - available in the Apple App Store and for Android devices in Google Play.  

To make a report simply select the location on the map then follow the instructions to select the category and upload a photo. It is very helpful to include a photo but please don’t take any risks to submit the report, your safety is priority. It is also very helpful to add the exact location using what3words.  

Please take care to report one single issue at a time. We are unable to process reports about a general condition or area, so please be specific and report one issue for each submission.
