Property Flood Resilience (PFR) Repair Grants

Storm Henk, which hit Gloucestershire on the 2 January, led to extensive flooding in the county.

River levels at Severn / Avon confluence were the highest recorded since the 2007 flooding, and around 150 properties were flooded in Tewkesbury, Gloucester and the communities in between. The recovery operation is still underway, but all agencies concerned performed in perfect unison throughout the event and continue to do so.

We are pleased to announce that the PFR grant programme is now live. Affected residents and businesses are being invited to complete an expression of interest here.

We will assess these, then send out a link to a full application form and guidance notes where appropriate.
